1. Who can qualify for this offer?

This offer is available to consumers who purchase Neff kitchen appliances including an oven as detailed in the T&Cs available here. These appliances must be purchased as part of an overall kitchen purchase from participating retailers including the kitchen furniture (with a minimum of 5 cabinets).

2. I do not have access to claim online?

3. What is the closing date for claims?

All claims must be received by midnight on 31st October 2024. Claims received after this date will not be accepted

4. When will I receive my cashback?

Once you have submitted your claim, your claim will be validated and if successful, you will receive an email confirming your cashback is on it’s way. Please allow 28 days for the release of the Bank Transfer funds, from the date of the Promoter’s confirmation of claim approval. Payment will be via BACS transfer

5. Where can I find my E-nr and FD Numbers?

Please visit https://www.neff-home.com/uk/service/support/service-assistant for assistance in locating where you will find the E-nr & FD numbers. Should you be unable to access your E-nr and FD number due to installation, you will be required to upload an image of the appliance/s in site.

6. I am unable to upload my invoice
